Ex-Fox News Editor Chris Stirewalt to Testify at Next Jan. 6 Hearing

Former Fox Information political editor Chris Stirewalt will testify before the January 6 committee on Monday, he verified on-air Monday at his new household, NewsNation.

Speaking on the Nexstar-owned cable channel — rebranded from WGN The united states in March 2021 — Stirewalt reported he could not discuss what he would be testifying about, but offered some commentary on his time at Fox Information, wherever he was fired in January 2021.

Kellie Meyer, NewsNation’s Washington correspondent, tweeted on Friday morning that Stirewalt reported Fox Information hosts “have been working as an arm of the Republican Social gathering.”
