The social media firestorm sparked by a leaked draft from the Supreme Courtroom suggesting an impending reversal of Roe v. John Hart Ely, a professor at Yale Legislation Faculty, Harvard Regulation College, and Stanford Law School, wrote that Roe “is not constitutional law and offers practically no sense of an obligation to check out to be.”
