The agency will raise its 21K SF lease to 40K SF above two flooring in Pennzoil Area at 700 Milam, the Houston Enterprise Journal reported.
Stream Realty Associates represented Munsch Hardt in the deal. Gensler will structure the new house, and Miller LaPoint Construction will be the basic contractor.
The new house will have workplaces for 80 lawyers, the Houston Company Journal documented, and will have a café, a bar, an indoor putting green, soundproof workspaces and technology-equipped “Zoom rooms.”
